Certification

IGI- and GIA-certified diamonds are available, and certified and non-certified stones are both in stock. If you need an IGI or GIA report, ask which stones come with one. Melee is not certified stone by stone; melee reports are available on request. For melee, ask for the reports when you order.

How a wholesale order works

Register. Sign up at the B2B portal with a business email and a password, accept the terms and enter the code we email you.
Choose stones. Browse the catalog or tell us what you need.
Payment. Net 15 terms for approved accounts; prepayment otherwise (see Terms below). In the US, pay by bank check or electronic transfer. A wire takes up to 2 business days, Zelle or ACH is faster, and a check can take up to 15 business days. International buyers pay by electronic transfer, which takes up to 3 business days.
Receive. Shipments go by FedEx, insured. Within the US you can choose priority overnight (the next business day by noon once the order ships), standard overnight (the next business day after noon) or 2nd day. International orders go by International Priority, usually within one business week. Duties are paid by the buyer.

Custom cuts are quoted at up to three weeks, plus about two weeks for delivery. The time can be longer depending on the order.

Terms for trade buyers

Net 15 terms for approved accounts; prepayment otherwise. Memo (1–3 days) and extended terms are available to approved partners on request.

How do I open a B2B account?

Go to the B2B portal and sign up with your business email and a password. Accept the terms and enter the confirmation code we send to your inbox. Registration is free. If you are not a jewelry business, contact us.

Are all your stones certified?

No. IGI- and GIA-certified diamonds are available, and the stock includes both certified and non-certified stones. Melee is not certified stone by stone; melee reports are available on request. If you need an IGI or GIA report, ask which stones come with one.

Can I order melee and matched pairs?

Yes. Both are in stock. For pairs, tell us the shape and the size you need and we'll show what is available.

How do you ship?

FedEx, insured. In the US: priority overnight, standard overnight or 2nd day, counted in business days from the moment the order ships. International orders go by International Priority, and the buyer pays duties.

Do you offer memo and net terms?
